Great company! Bryan is very responsive to communications and shows up on time. Did great work! Hired them for two projects at our school to waterproof the roof and demolish a wall. Great bunch of guys! Will happy to hire them again! Extremely professional!

We had a great experience working with Modern Builders. Their team was professional, reliable, and did quality work from start to finish. They communicated clearly, showed up as scheduled, and made sure the work was completed properly. I'm a senior and had many estimates for my stucco repair and painting of my house, garage and carport. After meeting with Brian and receiving my proposal, I realized that all the other companies were trying to scam me out of thousands. That's right. Thousands!!! This company is very professional and does not try to scam you or give you an estimate that day and tell you if you don't sign, the price goes away. Very good prices .Very polite and treats you with respect. All their workers were very friendly and did great work. Felt very comfortable being around them. Also cleaned up the area. Leaving nothing behind. I would deffinately recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work done. For some reason I'm unable to send a photo. Everyone in my neighborhood loves how my house looks.

We had Bryan and his crew patch up some holes on our exterior stucco walls opened up by our plumber from pipe rerouting. Bryan gave us a fair estimate and his crew started work the next day. They only took a couple of days to complete the job. We were concerned the patching might not match the original color of the walls, but they did a great job matching the color and everything blended. They are efficient and expert craftsmen in stucco work. I highly recommend their services.
